Research Associate, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). 2016-18. Managed the Poverty, Equity and Governance portfolios in rule of law, human rights and development cooperation. Provided assistance to UN Country Director and Resident Coordinator, UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator, former UN Assistant Secretary-General.

Research Coordinator, UNDP-University of Oxford, 2018-19. Fundraised, pipelined and managed projects on innovative digital governance and innovative development in partnership with UN, Department of International Development in Oxford and the Alibaba Group. Researched and drafted the UN Report on Digital Credit and Sustainable Development.

Representatives at Human Rights Council, 2018. Represented the Chinese International Law Initiative (Consultative status with ECOSOC) to participate in the Third Universal Periodic Review of the human rights records.
